I was really surprised at how quickly the lift showed up and how well it was packed. Now, I feel a lot more secure at home or when I have to step out for a bit, leaving my husband alone. We had to call 911 a couple of times when he fell, so this is gonna be a real lifesaver. He can slide or roll over to it and use the lift on his own, or I can assist him when I'm around. It's SUPER STURDY, like something you'd find in a hospital. Totally worth the price. It worked perfectly right out of the box, and putting the few pieces together was a breeze (the wheels and handles just clicked on). Plus, it's compact enough to tuck away in a hall closet or a corner. Big thanks for providing such a fantastic product and for getting it to us so quickly!

Ease of ordering.

The delivery took way too long, and we really needed it, much longer than what was promised on the site. I chose LiveOak since your pricing was way better than Amazon's. But the monitor wasn’t the issue; it was the transmitter that needed swapping out. Now, because of your return policy, which is no less than $30, I'm left with a brand new monitor that I don’t even need, since my old one still works fine. I reckon it’s time to take another look at that return policy.

The cost benefit compared to other brands is quite noticeable.
